Monogram 'F.H.', Portrait of a Nobleman, Dutch or Flemish School, 1629, oil on panel

This beautiful portrait of a nobleman with a mill-stone collar remained partly unfinished. The coat of arms is for instance not fully completed, Strangly enough our work is also stylistically related to the Flemish school as well to the Dutch School (cfr Frans Hals).
Signed and dated to the bottom left corner.
