A Chinese famille rose 'Immortals' begonia-shaped vase, depicting Shou Xing and a female Immortal below a pine, accompanied by a finely painted deer, turning its head upwards, similarities with the painting style of Gai Qi or Tang Luming, marked Hong Xian, Republic period, H 34 cm

  • Condition: In overall good appearance, with the following remarks:
    - slightly warped rim
    - star-shaped cracks in the glaze to the inside of the vase, but not pierced through the decorated exterior (at shoulder length)
