An 18ct yellow gold 'Berthoud à Paris' pocket watch, ca 1780, Ø Ca. 4 cm, total weight: 45,3 g

The movement signed Berthoud in Paris.

The red and yellow gold bezel is set with rose-cut diamonds.

The reverse of the case body with a porcelain medaillon plaque depicting depicting the portrait of a lady with a colorfull hat. The plaque framed with rose-cut diamonds.

  • Condition: Quite some wear and cracks to the porcelain plaque.
    The enamel dail might be replaced, with wear to the enamel.
    One of the diamonds around the medaillon portrait plaque is missing.
