A 19thC Stockman Paris child mannequin with wooden arms and legs, H 118 cm

The body with carved wooden arms and hands and boots with small buttons.
Fully dressed with a perruque and a 19thC beaver felt top hat by J.W. Broock & Co. - London.
The biscuit head with glass inset eyes and marked F.G. for François Gaultier, Paris.

  • Condition: The Stockman on the body has faded, but is still visible.
    The left hand misses the index and the middle finger.
    Wear to the feet and dress.
    The biscuit head in overall good condition, except for a small remark:
    - a darkened tear during baking at the top rim of the head (below the wig and hat): further torn open to the inside, only visible to the inside, not to the polychrome exterior.
