A Chinese famille rose hexagonal vase, decorated with a continuous court scene with the young emperor receiving news from a court lady, the scene continuous with generals on horseback, surrounded by spectators, 19thC, the neck paired with Fu lion handles, H 45 cm

  • Condition: The vase appears in our opinion in good condition, except for:
    - a star-shaped crack to the bottom
    - a short V-crack at the top rim ~2 cm

    The hexagonal vase:
    - the tail of the Fu lion broken at one handle
    - baking flaw at the foot rim: teared glaze
