A collection of Chinese famille rose Batavian ware dishes, teacups and saucers, Qianlong period, largest ø 22,5 cm

Comprises:

Two dishes, ø 22,5 cm
Two sets of cups and saucers, matching the dishes, H 4,7 cm - ø 14 cm
A set of cups and saucers, H 4,1 - ø 12 cm

  • Condition: One dish appears in excellent condition
    One set of teacup and saucer appear in excellent condition.

    The other set of teacup and saucer (with the decoration matching the dishes):
    - the cup appears in excellent condition
    - the saucer with a chip to the backside rim

    The other set of cup and saucer:
    - the cup appears in good condition
    - the saucer with a hairline crack to the rim, running inwards for ~2,5 cm

    The other dish with (an underglaze) a hairline crack to the backside well, ~8 cm (in our opinion not pierced through), and the frontal well with crazing (underglaze cracks). Otherwise, the dish appears in acceptable condition.
