The owl with raised wings observing his prey, fixed on a burlwood base with a rosewood plaque added later to the bottom.

Provenance: from a private collection in Belgium. This item is included in the commissioned private catalogue, titled 'The Nibajama collection', item no. 8

  • Condition: At the left foot of the owl, two claws may have been broken off and glued back on or they were sculpted separately and assembled
    In our opinion, the item is in good condition
