A pair of Chinese blue and white rectangular vases and covers, the sides decorated with birds in a flower garden, the cover with the finials shaped like Fu dogs, with a Kangxi mark, 19thC, H 26 cm

  • Condition: One lid and vase appear overall in good condition, except for:
    - the cover with a shallow flake of the glaze
    - the vase with some rubbing to the top rim
    Otherwise, no further remarks regarding the condition.

    The other vase:
    - the vase with filled chips, a section to one top corner, and a hairline at the top rim ~3 cm
    - the cover with restoration to the tail of the Fu lion, some filled chips to the rim, and a flat chunk off the bottom rim of the cover.
    Otherwise, no further remarks regarding the condition.
