A small collection of Chinese altar ware, Kangxi - Republic period, tallest H 22 cm

Comprises:

A sancai glazed jug, of duck shape, 20thC, H 11 cm - W 18 cm
A sancai glazed joss stick holder, modelled as a playful Buddhist lion, Kangxi period, H 21 cm
A polychrome painted wooden figure, 18thC, H 22 cm
A blanc-de-chine Guanyin, 19thC, H 14,5 cm

  • Condition: The three ceramic ware appear overall in good to excellent condition with the following remarks:
    - the Buddhist lion group with small chips here and there: the tongue, the tail, etc.

    The polychrome painted wooden dignitary figure appears overall in acceptable usual condition:
    - (large) flaking of the paint here and there
    - (deep) tears/cracks of the wood work here and there
