Comprises of:
A pair of seated noblemen, each seated on a stool, H 22,3 cm

A pair of court page boys, with imperial court costuming and binboku double-looped hairstyle, sandai chigo-ningyo were typically given as a gift when a young noble boy is presented at court or shrine for the first time, H 15,5 - 16 cm

A pair of standing court ladies, both wearing junihitoe (a formal court dress worn by noble women or ladies), each made with characteristic facial expressions, H 23 cm

  • Condition: A pair of seated noblemen, H 22,3 cm:
    - the one wearing an orange kimono with light smudges to the clothing, otherwise appears overall in acceptable condition
    - the other one wearing a grey kimono, with wear to the clothing

    A pair of court page boys, H 15,5 - 16 cm
    - hair loss
    - fingers loss

    A pair of standing court ladies, H 23 cm
    - both not standing stable without support
    - hair losses
