Côte d'Or

2019 – Domaine Duroché, En Vosne(3 L. = Double Magnum)
Gevrey Chambertin, Bourgogne, France

The talented Pierre Duroché forms the fifth generation and took over the family estate in 2009, having previously worked alongside his father Gilles. The family owns three Village wines, four premier crus and four grand crus. We admire how he farms his vineyards organically, his love for the old vines and his non-interventionist vinification style, precise and respectful of the different climates. Pierre is one of the rising stars in Burgundy and his wines are highly sought after.

This is a cuvée from a parcel planted in 1934 on the northern slope of Gevrey. Vinified with 30% whole bunches. Pierre Duroché created this cuvée in 2016. This cuvée is extremely rare and has not been commercialized to date.

2019 – Domaine Jean-Luc & Eric Burguet, (0,75 L.)
Chambertin - Clos de Bèze, Grand Cru, Bourgogne, France

Alain Burguet established the Domaine Burguet in 1974, starting with his first vineyards in Gevrey-Chambertin. He quickly gained a reputation in the village for his passion and dedication to producing the best quality grapes through hard work and determination.

Today, Eric and Jean-Luc Burguet manage the vineyards and winemaking while preserving the same style of wines their father produced. The most prized holding in Burguet's vineyard is the 0.27 hectare Chambertin Clos de Beze, planted in 1955.
